How to use software
All common software are installed under /local/ folder. One can use following command to check what kind of software are available on fimm:
module av
Most of the software are compiled with three different compiler(gnu,gcc,pgi ), when you load specific module as :
module load xxxxx
Based on the compiler which is loaded in the your environment, module command will find correct version of the software and load it to you environment
